$10,000 Goal

The American Red Cross serving the South Puget Sound and Olympics helped more than 344 local households recover from disasters over this past year. We made 176 households safer through virtual home fire safety education, trained 14,718 people in lifesaving skills like CPR/AED & first aid, and collected 3,317 units of blood; provided 8,192 services to military members, veterans and families. These services and more were made possible by 434 local volunteers who contributed over 30,000 hours for the benefit of our community.

The American Red Cross, through its strong network of volunteers, donors and partners, is always there in times of need. We aspire to turn compassion into action so that... ...all people affected by disaster across the country and around the world receive care, shelter and hope; ...our communities are ready and prepared for disasters; ...everyone in our country has access to safe, lifesaving blood and blood products; ...all members of our armed services and their families find support and comfort whenever needed; and an emergency, there are always trained individuals nearby, ready to use their Red Cross skills to save lives.

To prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies, by mobilizing the power of volunteers and generosity of donors.

Disaster Relief support - Down the street and across the country, we’re there to provide essentials like shelter, meals, cleanup supplies and more to people impacted by emergencies who have suffered devastating losses.
