Your Bremerton Community Farmers Market is held in beautiful Evergreen Rotary Park on Dyes Inlet just blocks from downtown Bremerton. Come join the opening day fun on Thursday May 7th and on any Thursday 4 to 7pm going through October 8th.
Our mission is “to operate a community supported farmers market that provides viable economic outlets for farmers and producers, access to locally crafted and farm-fresh products, quality food access for low-income families, and education concerning food and sustainable agriculture.”
When you contribute to your Bremerton Community Farmers Market, you're supporting local farms and small businesses, including many artists and crafters, but even more so, you are investing in each other by providing a beautiful and friendly place to gather for shopping, live music, special events and connection!
And thanks to your support your market is growing - check out these great stats from 2025. Let's keep this rolling into 2026!
- +26% Market Attendance
- +180 Kids Market Bucks Club Participants
- +12% Farm Sales
- + 15% Total Sales
As a nonprofit we work hard to keep both our expenses and our vendor fees as low as possible with the help of amazing volunteers, generous grants, sponsorships and in-kind donations.
But we do rely on your kind help to bridge the gap and allow us to keep the market going and growing and, very importantly, accessible to all. Your 2026 Donations will support:
-
Preserving SNAP Market Match: Due to 2026 federal budget cuts, attendees who depend on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will see a significant reduction in Market Match dollars which can be spent on fruit, vegetables and herbs at the market. This reduction not only reduces food access in our community, but also adversely affects the local farms who provide the fresh produce. Together we can address this shortfall and continue Market Match funding at its current rate.
Market Programs and Events: Creating and maintaining special programming and events like the Kids Market Bucks Club, Music at the Market, Chef at the Market, Back to School Day, Yoga at the Market and so many more! Participation is growing, and your support enables that growth!
Small Local Businesses: Providing an inexpensive and low barrier outlet for our vendors to connect with their community for direct sales, brand building and promotion. Your support helps keep vendor fees low for our small business community!
Market Operations: Acquiring essential supplies, signage, permits, and equipment that keep our market thriving and growing. In 2026, we hope to invest in equipment and software to improve efficiency of accounting and operations.
Skilled Market Staff: Funding our fantastic part time market crew to ensure we have a consistently well-run market. We love our market staff!
Thank you for your consideration! See you at Opening Day!
