Getting old can be a fun, interesting journey. For some, especially those seniors who run through their savings, have little monthly income, lost a spouse and friends, it can be scary.
At Canterbury Manor we have never asked anyone to leave because they have run out of funds. We provide a community of friends. Meals. Activities. Encouragement. Opportunity to live a health life.

As a non-for-profit we are not looking at earning big bucks to pay owners ~ all our funds are used for the residents, take care of our employees, and maintain the building/property.

Help needed in providing a home with services to seniors who run out of their funds - at no fault of their own. It's scary running out of money due to medical bills, the high cost of everything now a days, and unexpected life occurrences. The last thing our elderly needs to worry about is being asked to move out due to lack of funds. Canterbury Manor has NEVER has anyone to move out due to financial reasons. Like everywhere else, Canterbury's costs have gone up and we could use a little help so that we can insure our lower income residents have a place to call home.
