Community Guardians

A nonprofit organization

Community Guardians is committed to helping the vulnerable adults in our community who do not otherwise have access to an advocate. We have established this organization as a non-profit and focus on providing guardianship services to those most vulnerable including the elderly, developmentally disabled, and cognitively impaired. Washington State is in crisis due to the lack of professional guardians and this is resulting in vulnerable people not being protected from abuse, financial exploitation, lack of care and medical services, homelessness, and a variety of negative consequences often out of their control. Community Guardians is working to bridge the gap between need and safety for vulnerable adults who could not otherwise access services and care that they need. As our agency grows we are able to take increasing amounts of pro bono cases with the goal of empowering and improving the lives of elderly and disabled people.
