  • We are a community leader in modeling and facilitating time tested restorative practice and various kinds of restorative circles.
  • We offer a variety of custom trainings for teambuilding, communication conflict management and de-escalation.

  • Throughout our services, we help people build connection, maximize communication and co-create better futures.

As of 2023 we are immensely fortunate to be in a new larger building in an excellent central location on Bay Shore Drive, able to provide community gathering and training space.  We continue to work to make this space a warm and inviting place, suitable for offering educational opportunities and practice spaces for our mediation and restorative practice programs.  This space supports opportunities for growth; provides an area in which people can thrive; helps our community be a place where people will want to live; and, helps empower people to resolve their conflicts in a peaceful, constructive and healthy way. We are working to plan for future remodeling of the space to better serve the needs of staff, volunteers, and the community we serve.
