Helpline House Food Bank | Social Services

A nonprofit organization

Your financial gift helps Helpline House strive to empower people to weather crises and rebuild their lives - Neighbor helping Neighbor. The food bank is the door that is always open to confidential and cost-free social services, referrals, and resources.

Your donation strengthens our community and meets people where they are, with a hand up, not a handout. Any community member is eligible to access our case management and counseling services. When an income can't meet basic needs, and there's no one to turn to, or depression takes over, Helpline House finds the resources to help.

Your support provides cost-free social services, aiding those in need and strengthening the social fabric of our community.

Needs are defined broadly and are not always financial. Working with resources to maximize longer-term solutions by a case manager helps our neighbors.

It may be a case of assisting Medicare to keep our seniors independent.
Or coordinate with agencies like Kitsap Mental Health, ALIVE program, or Kitsap Community Resources when a family doesn't know where to turn.
There are many local, county, state, and federal programs to maximize longer-term solutions to many critical needs.
Your financial gift will help a household meet a social worker and establish a household's collaborative effort to make ends meet.
