In Memory of Idie Ulsh - Grants from this Fund may be made only for the purpose of supporting environmental stewardship on the Kitsap Peninsula with preference to be given to the protection of nature, environmental education of children, and benefit of wild birds. Grants from this Kitsap Environmental Stewardship Fund shall be made by Kitsap Community Foundation during their annual competitive grant process.
