Kitsap Regional Library is one of the critical forms of social infrastructure we have in Kitsap County. Public libraries help raise the education levels of society as a whole and serve as cornerstones in thriving communities, so that all people have the opportunity to grow, belong and thrive.

Supporting over 270,000 Kitsap residents, the Library is a place to read, learn, meet, collaborate and connect, and it is open to all. For youth, there are weekly programs and after-school activities, STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) exploration, early job skill development and invaluable support for teachers and parents alike, inside and outside of the school year. It is a place of curiosity and play, and for many, the birthplace of lifelong learning.

With connections and partnerships all over the community, our Library is an open source for patrons to connect with resources and services they need to flourish, including small business support, career advancement, and at the most basic, free Wi-Fi and technology access.

You can make a difference, and your generosity will help the Library leave a lasting impact on Kitsap County. By giving a gift, you support equal access to the programs, services, resources, and spaces that inspire us, enrich our lives, and strengthen our great community, making Kitsap a better place to live for us all.

To do this work, we need the support of the communities we serve. Many don’t realize it, but public funding doesn’t cover all of the Library’s costs. The Library depends on support from individuals, foundations, and businesses to continue to provide uninterrupted access to the programs and services our patrons rely on each year, and larger capital projects are only realized through philanthropy.

Your gift is an investment in the dreams of the people you are surrounded by. Through giving, you can advance our Library’s mission and vision of a collaborative community inspired by curiosity and connection.

Thank you for your love and support of Kitsap Regional Library! You inspire our work.
