We bring together leaders - youth, parents, and diverse cross-sector partners - in Kitsap and North Mason to strengthen a trauma-informed community culture that fosters resilience and drives sustainable social impact for systemic change.
Our goal is to ensure that youth and their families have consistent access to positive, healthy experiences so that every individual can identify equitable pathways to achieve their goals and build meaningful connections for lifelong well-being.

Since 2015, this place-based collective impact common agenda is to improve the well-being and educational attainment of Kitsap residents, through a focus on empowerment and equity, the prevention of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and the building of community hope and resilience.
