  • A diverse sanctuary home to guinea pigs, chinchillas, horses, pigs, sheep, and cows.

Wins in the Past 10 Years:

      • Transferred in and provided lifelong care to 125+ animals.
      • Established long-lasting contracts with schools and community programs.
      • Welcomed countless volunteers and grew to 12 dedicated staff members.
      • Expanded with two new properties, reflecting the trust in our mission.

How Your Gift Helps

We are at a critical point. Costs are rising, and our need is greater than ever. Your support directly covers feed, nutritional supplements, veterinary care, medications, bedding, and essential supplies. Each month, we spend:

      • $10,000 on feed and specialized diets to ensure our animals thrive.
      • $8,000 on veterinary care, medications, emergency treatments, and specialty services like farrier and sheep shearing.

Every dollar you give helps provide will help us continue offering lifelong care to animals and transformative therapy services to our community.

Help Us Reach Our $20,000 goal

Giving Activity

Mission

At One Heart Wild, we believe in the power of forever care. We rescue the ‘forgotten’ animals—those who need lifelong support due to medical, behavioral, or age-related challenges. At the same time, our sanctuary bridges the gap for individuals who haven’t found success in traditional mental health settings.

Needs

During this year's Great Give, we are asking for donations to help us cover feed and veterinary care for our residents. We are projecting an annual cost of over $149,269 for 2025 due to rising costs! We have seen a steady increase in the last three years with our costs being $80,558 in 2021 and $107,724 in 2022! We hope you will help us provide the best care possible for our residents!
