PSO Bluebills are a group of retiree volunteer handymen in Kitsap County who provide free handyman services, with emphasis on fall prevention and independent living for the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged. Our goal is to help keep these people living safely and independently, in their own homes, for as long as possible.
In 2025 we provided services to 270 clients in Kitsap County, building 78 wheelchair ramps, completing 28 construction jobs, installing 158 grab bars, 46 railings, and performing over 273 misc. and repair jobs.
Improve the lives of the people in Kitsap and Jefferson counties by providing handyman, fall prevention and aging in place services, and supporting homeless and domestic abuse advocacy services.
Donation money will be used to purchase materials for use in providing repairs, improvements and handyman services to Kitsap County clients. Please consider volunteering your time and services as well.
