The Poulsbo Splash Pad Project is a grass roots community campaign with the goal of raising enough funds to build a splash pad in the proposed location of Poulsbo’s Raab Park. Splash pads are a wildly popular alternative to community pools, offering a safe and fun community gathering place for people of all ages, abilities, and economic backgrounds.
