You Can Champion Inclusion in Clark County
In Clark County, 137 people with disabilities are building careers, and 73 local businesses are better for it. You can be part of what makes that possible.
Trillium Employment Services partners with employers and job seekers every day to make inclusive hiring a reality. We help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find meaningful work, and we support the businesses that hire them. Most of what we do is funded through government contracts, but some of the most important work isn't.
That's where you come in.
Your donation reaches people who don't qualify for county-funded services because of citizenship status or limited resources. It funds the tools, training, and experiences that a government contract just doesn't cover. And it makes sure that when public funding runs short, your support means our clients don't have to feel it.

What Your Gift Does
Every dollar goes somewhere specific. Here's what yours could do:
$200 pays a client advocate to lead a workshop and use their voice, because the people we serve have expertise worth compensating.
$150 keeps services running when there's a gap in DVR or county funding, so a job search doesn't stall because of paperwork.
$100 provides assistive technology that helps someone communicate, work, and show up fully.
$50 sends someone to a training or conference they couldn't otherwise afford, and the confidence they bring home is hard to measure.
Why It Matters
Employment changes everything. It's income, yes, but it's also routine, community, and the feeling of contributing something. When someone lands a job that fits, their whole life opens up.
You can be part of that. Every gift, at any amount, moves someone closer to work that fits, a community that includes them, and a life that feels fuller.
We'd love to have you with us.
