Bainbridge Prepares

A nonprofit organization

Bainbridge Prepares has been known for almost ten years on Bainbridge Island and throughout Kitsap County as the leaders in combining disaster preparedness with community building.

In the last year, our preparedness efforts and the partnerships we built allowed us to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic throughout Kitsap and Jefferson counties. In addition to supplying PPE, staffing Covid testing sites, and providing our medical expertise through our Medical Reserve Corps, we have since become one of the most active vaccination providers in Western Washington, having administered over 7,500 doses as of March 11, 2021.

Please support us via Kitsap Great Give so we can continue serving the community in the years to come.

Mission

A collaborative blend of individuals, organizations, and local government, Bainbridge Prepares is actively making our island community more resilient to disasters through mutual aid among residents. Our shared goal is to become the most resilient community in Washington state.
