IGNITE YOUR TORCH is a high school Catholic youth conference in which “on fire” religious seek to Ignite the faith of teens through engaging talks, small group discussion, workshops as well as personal interaction at recreation, meals and just hanging out. It is an opportunity to make new friendships in Christ, to receive the sacraments, to meet and talk to young priests and religious, and to worship, pray, learn, and recreate together.
Ignite Your Torch is Eucharistic-centered, devoted to Our Blessed Mother, catechetical in nature, and teaches youth practical ways to build up the culture of life.
Ignite Your Torch is an Apostolate of Catholics United for Life in New Hope, Kentucky and is administered locally by Catholics United for Life of the Northwest. It is a collaborative grassroots effort of Priests, Religious, Youth Workers and Parents. It has transformed the lives of thousands of youth through its conferences.
The Mission of Catholics United for Life of the Northwest is to cultivate a culture of life among young people and deepen their Catholic faith in the Northwest region. This mission is primarily executed through the organization and administration our annual “Ignite Your Torch NW" conference for high school youth.
