Mission

Fishline provides for basic needs in extraordinary ways.

Vision

A vibrant Kitsap County where all neighbors have access to essential resources and the opportunity to thrive.

Description

Since 1967, Fishline has served the North Kitsap community by providing food, emergency services, and resources to transform lives. We are the second oldest food bank in the United States, distributing more than one million pounds of food annually. Fishline is essentially a "one-stop-shop" for critical social services, including outdoor provisions, clothing, school supplies, and financial assistance. Our Children's Services programs help children celebrate memorable occasions in their young lives. In addition to food services, Fishline offers case management, no cost mental health services, funding for students to engage in extracurricular activities through Student Opportunity and Advancement Resources (SOAR), funding for classes, camps, activities, and events at Poulsbo Parks and Recreation through the Recreation for All Assistance Program (RAAP).
