The Mission of Vinland Elementary PTSA is to enhance the educational experience of the children and their families by working in partnership with the teachers, educational staff, and local community. The PTSA gives each child a voice while providing safe, fun, and educationally enriching activities supported by its own fundraising.
We support Vinland students with funds for field trips, classroom extras, club activities, reading incentives, assemblies, movie licenses, and more. Just in 2022-23, we have funded a garden club, staff training treats, book clubs, virtual field trip supplies, pizza parties, yearbook planning, and monthly staff appreciation events. We also help provide fun activities to Vinland families, usually once a month, like movie nights, bingo, reptile night, crafts and cocoa, a 5k fun run, glow parties, STEM nights, and carnivals.
