For more than 56 years, the Center has been located right in the middle of downtown Poulsbo along the shores of Liberty Bay, the Center is a wonderful spot for its members to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Poulsbo's historical village-like setting, watch tourists take pictures of our Clock tower and historical Norwegian window art, while enjoying a spot of tea or cup of coffee with friends. Activities vary day -to-day. Membership is for those 50 years of age and up. Annual membership is $25.00 for Jan-Dec.
Seniors are one of the largest growing segments of the North Kitsap Peninsula's population. Nationwide, isolation and loneliness has been identified as a medical epidemic. With the generosity of others, NKSCC will continue to offer seniors a place for FUN, FELLOWSHIP & SERVICE (our motto).
Provide a setting for companionship, entertainment and sociability for its Senior Citizen members, 50 years of age and older, along with opportunities for self-expression in the interest of good citizenship and community betterment. FUN - FELLOWSHIP & SERVICE is our motto.
Funds designated to the remodel of the main entrance for ADA compliance.
General Fund for operations.
Volunteers for hands-on support with tasks that members are not able to accomplish, such as setting up chairs for Viking Fest fundraiser, etc.
