Opening Doors...to Fun Fellowship & Service
Old narrow doors (45+ years old) do not open fully… they hit the exterior cement support pillar. Public visitors and Center members who utilize walkers, wheelchairs, canes and scooters cannot easily access the Center. The door has to be held from behind the pillar by another person. It is also difficult for able bodied members to carry in supplies. The recessed doors are not welcoming nor safe.
