This multi‑day waterfront celebration will showcase Poulsbo’s maritime roots, local arts, and vibrant community spirit. The festival’s star attraction is the historic steamship Virginia V, a National Historic Landmark that will be docked at the Poulsbo Marina for public tours, educational programs, and special VIP cruises.

With live music, artisan vendors, food trucks, hands‑on exhibits, and family‑friendly activities, the Liberty Bay Festival will draw both locals and regional visitors—strengthening cultural tourism and highlighting the importance of historical preservation.
